Refunds for The Collection
Collection pieces are made to order. That is why there is no stock and no waste, and also why returns for change of mind, wrong size chosen, or "not what I expected" are not accepted.
What we make right
If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or different from what you ordered, email hello@smartgolfcoursespro.com within 30 days of delivery with your order email and a photo. We replace the item or refund it in full, your choice.
Lost in transit
If tracking shows no delivery within 30 days of the shipping date, write to us and we will reship or refund.
Cancellations
Orders go into production quickly. If you need to cancel, write to us right away; once the piece is in production the order can no longer be canceled.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the card used at checkout, through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days of approval.
